Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you choose UPS or Fedex, extra $7.99 needed for shipping faster. You can choose shipping your purchased items to the billing address or different address on the Billing Information Page. If the shipping address is different from your billing address, you will have to write a new address on Shipping Information page. It usually takes 3-5 days for the products to arrive at your address. For Customized items, it may take one extra week for customizing.

If you would like to return an item or make an exchange, please email us at [email protected] and the return address to which the item should be sent. All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt and be made within 30 days of the date of purchase
  • All sales are final on any sale and/or promotional item
  • Mitchell & Ness Shop will not accept returns or exchanges if:
    • The item has obviously been worn
    • Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
    • Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
    • Alterations or modifications of any kind
    • Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
    • Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged
  • No shipping costs will be refunded for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of item(s) back to the designated warehouse/address listed on the customer's packing list. The customer is NOT responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them, M&N will incur those costs on behalf of the customer.
